WHAT IS TRAINING?
The Training program prepares students to work with various mechanical, electrical and programming systems. Programs combine core mathematical and physics courses with engineering labs that allow students to work with robotic components and tools. This training harness the skills of student ranges from children to elder children. Training gives a different perspective to the student to accomplish a task that is given to the student. Training is a specialised method in which student employ his idea to do something new by adding some input of existing technology. Training is required for student to understand the current technology and methods that exist in order to go beyond that technology and innovate something new that could be useful to the society.
WHY TRAINING IS REQUIRED?
According to global market survey and living culture of the people, child has been guided towards a conventional theoretical knowledge which is useful in order to bring the good rank, achieving good result and giving good performances. Students need to deal with hectic schedule in order to accomplish all the activities of the school, and college. But it is also an undeniable fact that human can grab the knowledge efficiently when he is already learning as student in school and college. Hence this learning creates a basic foundation for his further education and career.
In the contemporary era, large group of student are deprived from a practical education because of all this hectic schedule, and they start cramming for getting good marks in exams. Exam cramming is not learning. It is common and natural for students to cram ahead of examinations, but unless they have a better concept of the various subjects, they will soon forget what they have learnt in school, defeating the purpose and value of education. In similar cases, not every student is capable of understanding all this knowledge using conventional methods, that’s why it creates a tremendous confusion in their mind when get in contact with real world technology.
